3 tbsp melted butter
1/3 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
2/3 c. chicken stock
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp finely ground black pepper
optional: 1 or 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
